About Us

Katz Keltic Confections is authentic handmade confectionery, made in Scotland.

Newly established in 2022, I have been making macaroon, tablet and flavoured fudge for friends and family for years; it took my good friend Marie to open her new shop, and inspire me to sell.

Starting small and based at home... I'm building my customer base and links - Website, Facebook and Instagram pages.

My first Craft Fayre is March 2022.... I'm hoping things kick off from there!

All of my confectionery is based on Scottish traditional recipes and uses locally sourced ingredients.

I remember my childhood of Halloween tablet, macaroon selling round the doors and visiting Edinburgh's Fudge kitchen on a day out.

My granny inspired me too, with her old family recipes, sweet treats and puddings.

I may have borrowed a wee mother-in-law recipe along the way too.
